Here are 5 ways to style a new Fall/Winter staple that’s made it’s way into mainstream casual style over the past few years. The one I’m styling is from PetitNordiqueBoutique and it can be found here. The colorway is Oat and it’s a perfect neutral piece that offers a variety of outfits throughout the season.
Look One:

Let’s start from the most casual option, which means white sneakers, black leggings and a white hoodie, accessorized with a black leather backpack with a hat or a beanie to finish things off. This is the most comfortable way to wear it with a variety of options like switching out sneakers, hoodie color, hat, etc. But this is the basic template, ready for a day of errands.
Look Two

Here, I’ve started with light denim and a basic white tee. I’m petite so a shacket can tend to look top heavy on me and I like to balance that out with pieces that aren’t chunky, so I’ve added grey suede boots with an understated brown leather purse. Perfect for a morning coffee date.
Look Three:

Switching over to some darker denim and a black turtleneck takes it up a notch. I’ve paired this with some cognac and burgundy accents, which could easily have been black instead, ready for an afternoon out.
Look Four:

This is my favorite look only because monochromatic looks are my absolute weakness. I love the look of the white jeans, basic white top, neutral shoes and a simple purse. I’ve paired this with my Western wool hat from GigiPip found here. A tan colored wool boater hat is a perfect accessory to complete the look of nearly any outfit.
